I'm a person before I'm an engineer. Here's a bit of who that person is.
I grew up in Maracaibo, a warm coastal city in Venezuela — the kind of place that leaves a mark on you. Today I call Colombia home, and the mix of both has shaped how I see the world: adaptable, grounded, and always finding a way forward.
People often tell me my calmness catches them off guard — that the way I approach conflict and hard problems feels uncommon in this industry. I take that as a compliment. Under that composure, though, I feel things deeply. My instincts and emotions are a big part of how I make decisions, not just logic.
When I'm not building systems, I'm usually doing something that challenges me physically, mentally, or both.
